Great hotel! Central location, you can access any interesting place in the city in 20/30 minutes by car. Nice, well decorated and spacious room, perfect for couples. Complimentary breakfast, which was simple but it was a nice bonus :) great pool, that let you chill after hot and busy day. Very good wi-fi, accessible throughout all property. All in all, highly recommended.

The room was clean and the towels amenities were excellent. Communication before arrival was also very good with the room accessible through a intelligent locking system. No check-in was necessary. It was done through email of room number and passcode. The bathroom was almost brand new, the tiles and grout were pristine. Plenty of towels and pillows.

Room was spacious and cleaned well. Breakfast was simple and filling. Location was very convenient for the purpose I had been there. There are many eatery places nearby. It worked out well for me.

*For breakfast, there was orange juice, tea, coffee, bagel, croissant, cream cheese, jam, butter, Nutella, banana, toaster, microwave. I think it was a small enough breakfast. *Love the location. * veeeeerrrryyyyy Clean room with great bed. The room and furniture were newly renovated. New furniture, laminate, smelled; which gave the feeling that you were using it for the first time, as if no one else had stayed before, it was like you were the first to stay. * easy self check in * , Not a big minus, of course, but a safe in the rooms would be nice

The vibes were tropical and relaxed. It is close to several very good restaurants. The room was clean and simple with very modern tech. Keyless door smart TV. We felt welcomed, safe and secure. Our Frontier flight was delayed to the point that we would miss the check in hours. The front desk made sure we could get to our room by sending us the code for our keyless room and even providing a video on how to find the room. Unfortunately we only got to experience 1night as Frontier waited to cancel our fight until 11:00 pm🤬. No other flights available until 2 days later. We got in our car and drove 19 hours and we were at least able to enjoy 1 night. We will definitely stay at the New Yorker in the future. Thanks for taking care of us!!

The rooms were nicely decorated and super clean. Hotel staff were accommodating and friendly. Nice complimentary breakfast and swimming pool. Overall a great experience, we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely go back!

Very well located, on Biscayne Blvd, close to a lot of restaurants, diners, grocery stores. I had a pleasant time there. The two ladies I met when I checked-in and out were smiley and polite. I enjoyed the pool right in front of my room (119), the equipment of the room, it was really clean and useful.

EVERYTHING!! Usually we stay at the Hilton, Marriot, Omni, or the Embassy. This time I wanted something different. I also loved the pictures provided on the site. honestly they are minimal. The cleanliness omg perfect. location was awesome. The staff very welcoming patient it’s even clean on the outside the railings steps everything. I truly appreciate what they had done for us in a sticky situation with no hesitation asked about our well being and everything. Absolutely the best 3 day stay!! New Yorker will always be our choice. The beds are comfortable pillows everything.

I have stayed there before, but it has been recently renovated and the rooms are much nicer. clean and nice room. location good.
